  1. 650xs I'm up at stalham cul de sac at the moment doing some works on my boat I have a Colvic coupe Fastback

  3. I've only done that once, and the boat in front was moving really slow....I mean come on.
  4. I've just checked my old cable which is 2.5 but I have to moor right next to an electric point as the cable is really short. Hence why I had to buy longer cable.
  5. Can't always find the heavy stuff though Viking....and when you do its usually a LOT more expensive
  6. It is OZGUVEN KABLO ELECTRIC CABLE 300/500 V BS 6004:2012 3183A 3 G 1 ,5 MM2 I've got no idea, got it at the DIY shop in stalham
  7. spent £20 quid on 15 meters of Blue Cable, no idea of the amps on it, would I be able to use this for 32A aswell as 16A? or is it more to do with the actual plugs?
  8. yeah, allthough I would only use cable that is visually decent, I would discard any upto that point. thats why I want to sort my cable out due to it looking a bit dodgy.
  9. I don't know, maybe I'll just pick up some blue from the electricians in stalham then just thought someone may have a slightly knackered cable i could butcher ....
  10. I would like to try and buy 15 meters of yellow 16A shoreline cable, just need the cable as I have the ends, my current shore line is really short and needs upgrading to a longer length cable. thanks
  11. Saw Geoff and Wendy earlier today at horning, No doubt you'll see pictures I'm not sure if they have internet on the boat?
  12. Will be keeping an eye open for any suspicious activity If you feel that your boat maybe in danger and you see my boat around, moor up by it, I will keep an eye on it. , I am a liveaboard so will be safe, we need a boat watch....

  15. I know what it is now....It's a storage shed.
  16. Wroxham after trying to moor for 2 hours and being unable too due to the Wroxham hotel manager basically booting me off, I couldn't even get to a cash point. the space I was moored was down the side and I reversed in, the space is still empty several hours later and I can't see a hire boater reversing in there. All I wanted was 2 hours to pick up some supplies and materials but had to move the boat immediately due to the manager being an ass. My boat is too big to get under the small bridge.
  17. yeah, thats what I was getting at, the hull is wrong for a colvic I see your point on the old lifeboat, that may be it.

  19. I've just joined today LondonRascal yeah, I have owned the boat for approx 4 weeks, it used to belong to charlie. there is a thread on here about it somewhere....

  21. I'm a liveaboard boater and apparently I have a well known boat in the area, you may have even seen it about already, I still have a bit of work inside to do on the boat but hopefully in a few weeks it should be looking better. I'm going to have tea now so see you all soon.
