I like a nice Fairline Sqaudron or Trader 575 for the lovely interiors - I'd make sure it had blue fenders naturally and could take B.A as 'a tender;
I'm sure when Griff reads this he will fetch the "cat" and BA will not be the only "tender behind"

Those of you that were there on the Sunday night know why I'm making no further comment

I see it this way. ...
My fenders are the only thing dirtier than my decks. Why the hell would I want THOSE THINGS on board.
Hopefully your mate has cleaned them too , trouble is you won't be recognised when returning to "The Land where The Bong-Trees Grow"

Something strange is happening here at home. We used to get the occasional bird fly into our windows usually killing it. Recently it's becoming more frequent (three yesterday) I have no idea why the frequency is increasing.
The other weird and very sad thing is that the birds that are common in the garden don't seem to be the normal victims, it seems to attract the rarer birds. Yesterday all three were thrushes (one survived and after about half an hour flew off. The other two were killed on impact) A couple of weeks ago we had a Greater spotted Woodpecker.
Can anyone give us a clue as to why this is happening?
It's their attraction to fish and chip biofuel , drives them mad

I was at Neatishead last week, I didn't know about this fudge, where exactly is it ?
so to get my bearings for next time, moor at Neatishead walk to the road and turn left or right towards the shop and pub ?
If moored at Gayes then is 10 ish mins walk on the way to Neatishead , if moored at Neatishead you turn left when you leave the basin and is about ten mins walk
-
Gayes is one of my favourite over night moorings , yes is 20mins walk to White Horse , and there are WC's 5 to 10 mins from the moorings too , if you do walk to the White Horse make sure you have some change with you as a Cottage on the way sells homemade fudge which is delicious and there is an honesty box for payment

Congratulations to the both of you.
No not a them and us as to waving, for some reason about 50% mixed hire boats and privately owned boats dont wave just lately. I have sadly noticed that the non waving brigade seems to be the majority of flappy thing boats mind, but not all before I'm jumped on.... lol
Charlie
May have something to do with having to hold all those silly rope things

We always wave , always brings a smile to our faces especially when returned by excited young children possibly enjoying their first Broads adventure

Mmmm warm Vimto , closest thing I can find to the sarsaparilla which was always a treat at the grass track racing evenings with my father in the early 70's

Katie has posted the pics so won't duplicate , but would like to add my thanks to all for their hard work and for the friendly welcome to us both , also a big thank you to Griff for showing us around BA .

Avon Skin so Solf dry oil spray for those who are prone to mozzie bites , far better than Jungle formula or similar

We have to have cards, spent many a time playing them waiting to get under Ludham Bridge in various hire boats - still got the old score sheets as a reminder of who was with us
And who won

Probably Not but one never should say never. Although we are onboard for the NBN birthday party, we will have one very pregnant daughter and her partner with us (They arrive Thursday / Friday) and the stipulation form her was that we kept it low key and away from crowds etc.
'B.A' is open to public visitors during the Beccles carnival weekend 19/20th Aug as are all the woodies that are meeting there
You being a forumite are welcome onboard anytime we meet up, we should be back on the Northern side Tuesday / Wednesday 22/23rd. Just mention your forum name
Griff
Thank you Griff
