Wet, dull rainy morning at Upton Staithe. Very nice drop of Humpty Dumpty Jubilee Mild in the White Horse though :-)

Goody, goody, back down there tomorrow night :-) That's why I love December

Not so peaceful at Ranworth this afternoon! Cruisers, yachts and dayboats all vying for the same mooring. Quick about turn and seek refuge in th Dog Inn with a superb pint of Little Sharpie :-)

Summercraft latest news
NorfolkNog replied to ranworthbreeze's topic in Local Broads Business Promotions and Information
We've seen loads of Summercraft boats out this week. Very smart looking boats. -

Just a heads up that the river is cordoned off just before the Lock and after the split to the old Mill stream. Couldn't see any warning signs downstream though. It was easy to turn with bow thrusters but could be a bit tight with a bigger boat as the channel is quite narrow there.

Back on line again, Grrrrrrrrr..... Hi Simon, yes Upton is one of our favourite spots. Lovely mooring, just needs a bit of care as it's a bit tight!

Reception is very hit and miss this trip :-( Visited the Museum of the Broads at Stalham yesterday. Fascinating place and well worth a visit IMHO

Hi David Glad you enjoyed it, superb stuff.

Signal is good at Clive's This was Upton Dyke a couple of days ago. Mrs Nog champing at the bit, more later hopefully.

Hi Grace You are most welcome as always! Mobile signal has been a bit rubbish for some reason :-( but will try some more pics. Yes Swancraft again this time on Swan Reflection, lovely little boat.

No indeed, it looks to have been stripped out but not much sign of further activity. I thinking will be some time before it opens again based on current progress.

Fairly quiet at Reedham this morning, more private boats than hire. Superb drop of Humpty Dumpty "Clipper Ale" rebadged for the Ship Lord Nelson looks like a demolition site inside, be a while before it reopens methinks On the way to Beccles for a swift one in the Caxton Club
