That ole pub could do with some nice white tiles to tart it up a bit >

Hi Neil We do like to hire out of season as it is so quiet and peaceful as the thread suggests! We do try to hire in May or early June if we can as it is still fairly peaceful and the the weather is usually pretty good. I really wouldn't fancy being out during July, August or Bank Holidays!!! :-o

For you Grace, your wish is my command. X No probs, just need to get the camera sorted in a day or two. I've been booting with a vengeance this week after meeting the main man on Monday
-
Thanks for the kind comments folks. I've taken more photos with the camera which are not uploaded yet. I'll try to do a bit more of a proper write up later although not Robin standard. Here's a couple of Potter pics to be going on with

Thanks Simon Getting a signal on the Broads has been particularly difficult this week for some reason. Best bet has been to hook up to WiFi in the pubs hence the slightly beer bias in the posts (that's my excuse anyway)
-
Ha ha, probably a zig zag course if they follow me Iain!

Yep, it's gone pear shaped today. Been raining at Salhouse/Horning since lunchtime. It's been lovely all week till now though, very sunny.

Not over the moon with the Ferry and New Inn but Swan is not too bad, remembered to ask for the sparkler to be removed. Lovely and warm too (the pub not the beer)

Hi Alan, walked from Salhouse Broad, worked up a thirst Bell next and might do F and F if I'm pushed. Hi Iain, just looked behind bar, yes does look to be few whiskies. Good pub, very friendly too
-
Sorry Alan, should have said. It's at Salhouse, just near the church. It was the former vicarage Nice place, would be lovely in summer.

Walked up and shed a tear over the former Castle this morning. Used to be a cracking pub but converted to housing a few years ago now :-(
-
Nice and quiet in Faircraft Loynes yard this morning. Just enjoying a nice pint of Lodge Bitter in the Lodge at the mo. For a Greene King brewed beer it's not too bad.

Thank you Grace x glad you like them, more tomorrow hopefully (Horning black hole permitting) :-o
