On FB I'm known as Betty swollocks. How can I change it on here.? I can't see how to message admin.

If you click on your username in the top right corner and go to account settings and username you should be able to change it yourself.

you can go to your profile (picture top right, click account settings and username), you are only allowed to change it a few (3) times during a set period.
