Grendel what printer are you using?? These 3dverkstan ones print in 30 mins with the right settings, the prusa ones take longer, the one remaining creality printer I have running prints two off in an hour and one minute, that's 100% solid with a .4 nozzle
Jocave
https://3dverkstan.se/protective-visor/protective-visor-print-guide/ Even with those settings they don't take an hour , only trying to help you up production, ignore me if you already know all this, sorry if it came across wrong, of course everything you get off is a bonus.

We are doing the same model. Mostly on enders (My two are ender 3's the print farm has a number of different printers). We are doing 0.8 nozzle, 0.3 layer height, about 60mms, 3 walls, 0.8 wall thickness but it's the same rate 2 an hour each machine. Keep going nice to see more people printing!
