Wigster1966
Just had some good news.... After spending 5 weeks trying to get hold of Hoseasons to confirm our booking for the end of September we have finally had a call to confirm that our booking is confirmed and all is ok. Slightly worried prior to this as our Hoseasons booking disappeared from their site and was replaced with 'Please Call Us to discuss your booking'. I would like to thank Mark from Bridgecraft as well as he has been brilliant in confirming that as far as he is aware all is ok. This will be our 3rd time with Bridgecraft now and they are a fantastic boatyard. Nothing is too much trouble and they have such a caring, friendly approach when help is needed. Last year we hired Forth Bridge One from Bridgecraft. We found this a great duel helm boat and great for seeing over the reeds when travelling around the Southern Broads (especially from the upper helm). We unfortunately had a problem with the boat but after a call to the boatyard Dan came out within 40 minutes of us making a call and although was unable to fix the issue in situ he said they would put us in another boat. Mark then came out with a fantastic replacement, the Brooklyn Bridge..... WOW what a boat. We were soon settled on her and completed the rest of our holiday. The main point here I am making is that the customer service that we received was second to none and they quickly got us back up and running in the replacement boat. We enjoyed the Brooklyn so much that we hired it for this year. So basically thank you to Bridgecraft of Acle for such an amazing service. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone wanting a reasonably priced boat which are very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Everyone at the boatyard are really helpful and friendly. I think it certainly pays to support the smaller Broads boatyards, that's not saying that the other boatyards aren't as good but we feel that Bridgecraft went the extra mile for us. We look forward to meeting everyone at Bridgecraft again in 4 weeks and exploring the broads once again.
deebee29
I wholeheartedly agree with everything you say about Bridgecraft. A fantastic company (we have used them for many years) We always feel that we are visiting old friends rather than just hiring a boat. Sadly we can’t get this year but will return
YnysMon
That’s a really good write up for Bridgecraft. Boats do have problems now and again, but the way they are dealt with by the boatyard makes such a difference.
