ChrisB
Judith and I only went there once, it was around the third week of June and coming back were in a full blown blizzard. Bealach na ba really is not the place for a large RV. It is one of the steepest climbs, if not the steepest in the UK from sea level to 2000ft. Not a boating subject but I know we have members who are RV enthusiasts.
grendel
I can remember driving in Wales, one trip we had to do a 15 mile detour to get up the hill opposite harlech castle, it later transpired we would not have got through with my parcel van (converted to camper) as a standard transit got stuck between the walls half way up.
Cal
We are doing that road to Applecross in our motorhome in September/October. Ours is a fair bit smaller than the one that is stuck there though!
