ranworthbreeze
Dear all, Please be aware that there is a sunken vessel on the Lower River Bure, currently located on the downstream mooring at Dove House Farm (between Six Mile House and Stracey Mill). The vessel has been secured and marked with various marker buoys and recovery is planned for next week. Please exercise caution when navigating in the area. https://www.broads-authority.gov.uk/boating/navigating-the-broads/boating-news/urgent-sunken-vessel-on-the-river-bure Best, Tom Tom Waterfall Senior Communications Officer Direct dial 01603 756034 Broads Authority Yare House, 62-64 Thorpe Road, Norwich NR1 1RY Please note that my normal working hours are 8.00am – 4.45pm Monday to Friday, with alternate Mondays as non-working days. Mouldy
They’re on the ball!! If it’s the one I think it is, it was there in September!
YnysMon
I didn’t notice anything in that vicinity earlier this month. There were sections of what looked like a broken up boat (what looked like sections of roof) further down the Bure though. Wonder where they came from?
