Using Ovens On Boat

When using Ovens  on Boat is not the same as at Home on Gas Pressure  so therfore  do you allow more cooking time such as Meat and for it is worth by Frozen Yorkshie as I found out doing your own Yorkshire let me down as to doing it home it Rose to the occasion perfectly.

I generally find the gas oven on Moonlight Shadow performs pretty well, provided I allow it time to come up to temperature before sticking any food in the oven. We have an electric fan oven at home, so it’s easy to forget that essential ‘warming up’ step.

When cooking in the gas oven in our caravan I always put the temperature up one mark as well as allowing it ten minutes to warm up. That usually worked out fine.
