BroadScot
Hi Andy, Unless things have been redesigned, there deffo is a winch and handle for the roof. Iain.

Broads01
I hope for your sake there isn't a winch! Hand pushing roofs are less hassle in my view and I remember Clive saying they were converting winch-driven roofs to counterweights. A big old roof on Antigua though. BroadScot
When that craft was at Alan Johnsons years ago, the handle was midships at knee height in a duct. and was slow to operate. IF it has been changed so it slides easily, on balalnced weights, all well and good. Iain.
TrevorAndDeirdre
Richardson's did go through a spell of changing winches and making them counter weight. They said it produced less problems.
