Iain For "some reason", Great Yarmouth Council have a surplus of litterbins now, so they thought they would use them in Great Yarmouth. Hopefully this new influx of people will use them. However, I see their budget being "blown out of the water" as they overspend on "alleged" fly tipping around the Broads, as boating visitors seek out litter bins to dispose of their daily trash. 3 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
