I saw this written on the wall of a bar on my recent holiday and loved it:-

 

Yesterday was history

Tomorrow is a mystery

Today is a gift, that 's why we call it the present.

 

Probably more thought provoking as the years tumble by and seem to get shorter!!

Friends are like glasses, they only come out when the bottle is opened!!    I am sure I know a lot of people like this - lol

Like it Mark, I know what you mean, I can hear my friends open a bottle a mile off and I am there for em like a shot lol

When in France doing the champagne region this year they told us the reason you should not make a loud pop when you take the cork out is.... So your neighbours don't hear it!!!

Since then I have tried not to do loud pops!!
