Its not quite obvious from the photos what has happened as there appears to be areas on fire?

You are supposed to be able to park at the village hall and walk down the hill. There are yellow lines for a fair stretch of Lower Street which activate I think at Easter/April
People often park close to where the Petersfield used to be..........

There was a section that had to be repaired in the last few years, I think they probably have to maintain the area up to the sailing club bridge but the Q might correct me on this. Some sections do have club boats moored but not all.
I think this is a difficult one to answer really - I don't know how they plan to recoup the mooring fees, whether they intend employing a full time member of staff which up to now they haven't or not in recent years anyway, unlike the New Inn or the Ferry

Sticking with a dirty diesel is fine unless you own one and live within 15 miles of the proposed forthcoming ULEZ which will be the M25!

Caught the ferry from Kangaroo Island this morning. A tad choppy. Gin far too expensive to buy 95$ a bottle. Now in Melbourne
The rocks were the Remarkable Rocks and the Koalas had sore paws from the fire. 50%of the island suffered fire damage and many houses still await being rebuilt

We are on Kangaroo Island now having spent yesterday on a wine tour of the Barossa Valley!!! You would have liked it!!! So far 2 nights in Sydney, then 2 in Adelaide.....When we get back to Sydney I think a visit is planned to Bondi

A lot of places expect you to ring and pay. That's how Epping Forest works if you don't have cash. Then the rangers do spot checks by driving around the carparks....Not so easy when the mooring isn't close to a road for the BA!! Not so easy if there isn't a phone signal for the boat!
