    I always put cutlery in with the handles down, and the pointy bits up. On the basis that the end you use and so is most dirty, is more exposed to the cleaning process, rather than being hidden in the basket.

    Talking of wasted resources, last week I selected 'Paperless' in my online account with a pension provider. I always do this as I'm perfectly comfortable with digital records. They confirmed my choice within the app and by email.

    This morning, you guessed it, a letter arrived from them confirming that I have selected 'Paperless'

    I suspect a fair few couldn't pay... But we could lock them up if they default. We could call it Debtor's Prison and put their families in special hostels, we could call them Workhouses 😁

    Joking aside, there's nothing that hasn't been tried and nothing (as far as I know) has made a difference. Thread drift anyone? 🙂
