Given the boat and location it would be interesting to know what happened to her.
Not in a blaming way I hasten to add, just from a boating/learning point of view.

I assume that some things will have to carry on ie other folks funerals and operations for the sick. You just cannot cancel everything, but where you can as a show of respect it is so good to see.
Unfortunately there does appear to be cases where funerals and health appointments have been rescheduled.... I'm not sure HM would have approved but I appreciate it is a tough call for those responsible for these decisions.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing but I have read a few managers in this difficult position wishing that a weekend funeral could have been arranged.

Can it even be restored? Or if it is how much of the original boat can be incorporated? Having said that, I hope someone can and does 🙂

Take it easy and keep the beepy machine on a nice steady tickover 🙂
All the best 👍

You do not see them
Once or twice a year, with a clear sky and a bit of luck we see them dog fighting over us here on the coast. The handling of the aircraft and the noise of the engines beat any display I've been to 👍

I love air shows! We used to regularly go to Duxford.
Does your front lawn have catering! 🍺

Thanks all, I haven't actually ever used a post... So far! But I'm experimenting with a power pack and it may be handy if I don't get enough Solar to charge it.

it just shows we haven't got the rules about drones quite right yet
Nor about guns perhaps.... if it looks like a gun then wielding it in public can have the same serious consequences as if it were an actual gun.
Not in this case obviously but even here the pilot would not have known straight away and must have been alarmed into a fresh pair of trousers!

That's her current excuse, not what she used to say at the time
You must have a good memory, I can't find a quote from her later than '85 and that's attributed. She certainly carried on with being famous despite what she said. Showbiz eh? 🍺

Lovely to experience scenes like that and great to catch it on camera too 👍
I take it that Mrs Pheasant survived to rob the bird table another day 🙂

She was happy enough to be famous, which she continued to be. It was her views of Eva Peron herself that made her not want the part.
She says she later regretted the decision!

That is good service! Very frustrating when these things happen though, hopefully they can get it fixed quickly.

There is nothing quite as comfortable as a stolen teddy... (Stolen by Danni but obviously paid for by us, it was a church table top sale after all) 🙂
It is nice sometimes to have a break from serious, sad or contentious topics... so here is my dog and her ill gotten gains 🙂
