So with that in mind... if you take a 100 year old boat, seperate the deck from the hull, or slice it down the middle and rebuild the missing half, then which is the original boat? I have known Elizabethans for years and they have always sailed well but to me were just another cruiser of that era. Now I see why, forget the cabin roof that has just been cut off and look at the lines of the hull!
