I have just seen that the 2018 London Boat Show will last a whole five days! Wed 10th to Sun 14th January 2018. And be combined with two other shows.

Is it going to be worth anyone's while transporting boats to Excel for five days?

I think the writing is on the wall for London now and most builders will just do Southampton.

I agree Peter, Beale is a great show for the small boat sailor. I would go every year when I lived at Bledlow in the Chilterns.

However Beale Park on the A329 just south of Streatley and Goring and a handful of miles north of Reading is not really London. I can't see a Grand Banks motor yacht or even the smallest Oyster getting along the A329 and in the entrance ti Beale. 

Joking aside Beale is a must for the open boat sailor and dinghy cruiser.

I wonder if Princess and Sunseeker will be so keen to have such large stands for just 5 days.  I also wonder if the fees have been halved like the duration, I should find out soon!
