SwanR
Have a great time afloat. Looking forward to hearing where you end up. Will have to leave it to those who have been out recently to comment on mooring availability. But at least you will have a good number of daylight hours at this time of year if you need a change of plan.
MauriceMynah
If you head for Ludham Bridge and it's full, carry on to the end of the Ant and turn left there are moorings at St. Bennets Abbey. If that's full, more moorings can be found on the dyke that goes to South Walsham broad, and if that too fails, head on into the broad and drop the mudweight. If those options don't appeal, when you get to the end of the Ant, turn right and head for Ranworth. It is signposted at the start of Ranworth dyke and there are moorings on your left as you enter the broad or again, you could mudweight mid broad. I doubt there will be any moorings at the staithe by that time. You're bound to find somewhere out of that lot!
YnysMon
Also, there are quite a few spots to wild moor between St Benet’s and the mouth of the Thurne, so don’t panic if all the formal moorings are taken.
DAVIDH
Don't forget that there are more moorings just after the bridge on the right bank at Ludham Bridge.
