Where Am I Standing?

This is really bugging me, and I suspect I will kick myself, but ....

I'm in the middle of captioning a collection of colour slides taken in the late 1960s and the location of this one is eluding me at the moment. Is that a pub in the distance? I have a few thoughts, but I thought I'd hand it over for further opinions.

Great, thank you for the confirmation.

I was struggling with the white building in the distance, but I think it must be this one opposite the yacht station which had been bare brick, but presumably must have been painted white at the tail end of the 1960s.
