BA Yard Thorpe Question

Cruising past the BA yard at Thorpe last Thursday I noticed that about half way along the yard they have a newly fenced and gated area

Inside the area are about 6 GRP boats and a couple of narrowboats all with some staging round them, they appear to be being worked on

Have BA leased part of the yard or is this a new venture for them!!

We wondered the same thing when we went past a couple of days ago. They all look in pretty good condition. I did wonder if -

a) BA had taken possession of abandoned boats and were doing them up to sell on or

b) they were being spruced up to act as ‘houseboats’ or b&b accommodation!
