New electric charging points available in Roys car park in Hoveton. They’re situated near the jewellers and garden centre.

You will need a very long hookup lead to get a connection to the staithe from there.

Richardson's have four 7Kw chargers now just as you enter the site on the left. Handy for those looking to top off charge before (or after) their holiday - but frankly anyone could use them since the gates are always open even when the office is closed.

These chargers are only powered up during office hours but I doubt anyone takes notice of who plugs in, there's a circular light that shows when the power is on.  They are free and limited to one hours use but again, no idea who checks this.  Looking forward to when my hybrid arrives in November!!
