JennyMorgan
I am delighted for Gt Britain in that Scotland has decided to remain in the Union. The downside is that it has put back my plans for a devolved East Anglia, ooooh dear!Personally I think that our two countries are to inextricably intertwined for them now have been separated.
Oddfellow
I hadn't considered this as an implication in this whole affair.
Guest
It would have been an interesting sight, the international code letter M "My vessel is stopped and making no way through the water."
Boaters
If it had been a yes ,maybe the Submarine base may have taken over the Outer Harbour at Yarmouth ?LOL
Guest
Yes, much more suitable for subs than container ships. They could have submerged during strong Easterlies...
Rincewind
Joking aside, I'm pleased beyond measure that Scotland has decided to remain as part of the UK.
Ebbtide
Pleased at the result. Not much more to say on the matter. Except I cannot imagine for one moment what could ever have replaced the Red Duster! Maurice

BroadScot
Strowy, I see those submarines being escorted down the Firth of Clyde, They are BIG! The wash they create even at slow speed, hits the sea walls up the A78. Iain.

No wonder the occasional trawler has sometimes disappeared without trace, with one of those things charging through their nets at 30 knots, 500 feet below them.
