I doubt there will be much in the way of detail until an investigation has taken place.

Having been on the  other side of one of those incidents, where someone wished to try for their own Darwin award.

 

The HSE are there like a shot and all details are witheld from the press apart from what the incident is and  injury, place or  death.

 

They are so thorough with their investigations too.
