Both had to be minced up separately because I do not like turkey. We added a couple of beaten eggs to each bowl of minced meat and also added some grated white stilton cheese, salt & pepper. The above made a couple of burgers for our evening meal and the rest were frozen. grendel Posted December 29, 2014 Share Posted December 29, 2014 its been Turkey stew the last couple of days, it included chestnut stuffing, and I even encountered a sprout, in the stews defence it was a very nice stew, we had some last night with my home made bread rolls, yum.. Baitrunner Posted December 29, 2014 Share Posted December 29, 2014 The turkey soup was prepared last night and just had a large bowl for lunch - delicious Bubble and squeak on Saturday with the gammon - I think I overdid the chilies in the bubble though!
