Hi Mark I have absolutely no expertise to add to this interesting thread! My only thought would be..... should/when you come to sell, will it be more attractive with a web/eber rather than propane to prospective buyers?

Jonathan Although there isn't a pub onsite at Goodchilds, bear in mind that there is a pub just up the road and next door is the Kingfisher private park with a clubhouse, we have never used either but know people from the marina who do and like them. You also have a chinese takeaway and the holiday park across the road has a year round indoor pool, etc you can use. You are also only a 10 min drive from Tesco, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, B&Q, etc, etc.

We are waiting to hear whether our friends Si and Di are coming on NYE's. Should hear this week. If they don't, you would be welcome to come with us and stay on the 'bling' boat!!

I presume the cleanness and tidyness is down to SWMBO......

You can stay at RNSYC on your left as you enter the harbour at Lowestoft, lovely marina or on entering the harbour go right into the Hamilton dock marina. Alternatively, go through Bascule bridge at Lowestoft and moor at Haven Marina towards the top of Lake Lothing overnight before going through the lock. Can anybody throw any light on the below statement taken from the BA website?? Private boats which can show they have paid their annual Great Yarmouth Port Authority Harbour dues will receive a discount of 50% on the appropriate Broads Toll, this is available against both the annual Broads toll and Broads short visit toll.

We will be there, probably with friends. What about a night at RNSYC as well as OB

Hi all Well, we had a great time last night and so good to see everyone again and also to meet the rest of MBird#s family... hello Mrs M and boys. Also a big thanks to Senator and Mariotech for starting this initiative and we are really looking forward to next season and meeting up with everyone on a regular basis.
