  1. hi, up to about 3 years ago ,used to sea fish quiete a lot along north norfolk coast, mainly the catch was flat fish, with bass and dog fish, and the ocassional codlin g in winter,my all time favorite catch was a 12ib bass caught on Cromer pier,it was some fight from that height, and we landed it in a drop net, From the boat i have caught sea trout......and i am not going to tell you the mark!!
  2. Lol, same here when heating with the engine!!
  3. Oh dear, The hot pipe from the top hose should go to the top of the califior,it,s the old saying you can,t push cold water uphill,if the inlet and out let are at the same level ,then ignore this it won,t matter. don,t take a pipe off a hot engine!!!. Probably as beieng said just airlocked trev

  11. I am lucky ,my engine,s have atached oil pumps you just put a hose on, for bilge water and spills i use a small wet vac,and empty it into a container ,has the advantage that you can have a clean up whist standing on the deck!!
  12. hi, if she really wanted to get into it how about a nikon d40? there are loads for sale as folks use them as starter camara,s as this, http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Boxed-Nikon-D40-D ... 439ea0de08 just athought ,and there reasonably light, only down side ,you can,t pop them in a pocket very well, trev
  13. I am thinking of getting my engines serviced - they were done last season - alledgedly......hi fummy you should say that ,after just buying a boat recently, iam just in the process of repairing my drive after alledgedly work was done on it, As the work i am having done on it is rather specialist i am having a mercruiser mechanic do it, regarding engin,es i would personaly do my own, after a queote for 500 pounds to service two mercruisers ,all that was included was oil and filters, and a alternater belt,i ve just bought the lot for 240 pounds which includes two fresh water impelers and 20litres of oil ,ok i will have the hassle but for 250 pounds i,ll do it. Depends on how confident /comfortable you feel doing it,with a manual it should be a breeze
