I came through around 18-30 and no sign of any problems.

I no longer plug in my PHEV VW As it’s more economical To drIve on petrol than electric.

A bit misty there this morning.

We quite often run the immersion via the inverter, but normally when the engine is running. Our tank will keep the water hot enough overnight to have a shower in the morning but remember the more hot water you take out the more cold water goes in to replace it. We have 600 amps via a 3kw inverter.

I use T cut, as the fenders are only a couple of years old they should come up ok.

My boat was A620 and was built in 1950. So I’m not sure they are that accurate.

Only 4 boats at Potter.

It’s all in the preparation. The longer you take the better the finish.

Not seen the results but it was close between RC Storm and N Eastwood in his Star as they came back past.

I see the house that featured on Grand Design sold the day after it aired, a cool 10 million and the kitchen and Bathrooms are extra.

Crikey! I left 63p on our meter! If I’d known you were coming, we would have given you our mooring and hookup! (I’ve a feeling that the NBD boat in the taxi rank may have plugged into ours when we left cos I noticed that they had used their pounds worth from last night!).
Chris
Yes they are still here. Lots of spaces on all 3 areas today, must have been changeover today. We love Upton and the White Horse it’s probably our favourite mooring.

“Hookedup to shore power, there was only 2p left on the meter (miserable gits )”
Well, you got your moneys worth, every meter was empty when we arrived earlier.

As we are going back to our boat on Sunday, I thought I would have a look at Wroxham Bridge air draught just now (11:25) on BB's webcam, being about 1½ hours after LW. Looked like about 6'9" on the gauge.
Lo and behold, what should I see! 'Boys on Tour' on BA, just going under the bridge towards Coltishall. Have a great time guys
He’s early should not have been there until 12-30 H

For me it would be the Greek islands.

35ft boat weighing 6 ton on shaft with 70hp turbo Nanni. We did 68.4 hrs cruising in 3 weeks over both north and south and used 102 Ltrs which equates to 1.5 LPH.
I have seen many boats over the summer running engines for over 2 hrs while moored and lots of excess speed which would up that figure by quite a bit.

Maybe this is where the all inclusive hire prices start to come into their own.
Not really, if it costs a £100 to fill the tank they just charge a £100 on the price if you use more you have to pay to fill it up again if you use less than a tank they win as you don’t get a refund.

Thank you everyone for the kind words. We got Maddie just after we moved in together 14 years ago. She was always a happy dog as long as she could be near you, she took to boating as a pup when we had our sailing boat going down below when sailing and sitting on my lap when motoring. When we got the mobo she would take pride of place on her cushion on the cockpit seat taking it all in and posing for the trip boats. She even did the Belgium and Dutch canals and I remember one particular day when moored in Antwerp, I took Maddie and Mollie for a walk and ended up getting lost and found myself in the gay district of the city. With 2 small white fur balls I must have looked attractive as someone asked me if I wanted a drink…
When we get Maddie ashes back some will be scattered on her beloved broads and we will raise her a toast tea of course as she was very much a teapot.
Sleep well Maddison our thoughts will never leave you.

Boat Stuck On Wroxham Bridge
in Broads Chat

There are no marks on the road so doesn’t look like it grounded. As I said it was gone less than an hour later so maybe just stopped on the bridge to raise the suspension.
