The Rising sun from the same stable as the Recruiting Sergeant both are the ones to beat in the area.
I bet there were moorings available too yesterday as there wasn’t much traffic going under the bridge with all the rain we have had the last few days.John

I doubt this would be possible as the frame and glazing systems will be designed for open out only .

Haines 32 sedan would be around 8’3’ so you wouldn’t find it a problem at most tides.
Our 34’ sedan is 8’6’and it goes under no problem when the height is showing anything over 8’John

Mud weighted last night at Ranworth
Looks idilic but we had MR Blue sky on full blast behind and a droning connoisurre going in circles wanting a pizza but no we’re to moor so he went nose first into the private mooring church side so we gave up and went back to our mooring at Horning and a very pleasant evening cruise it was too.

Our village local, It needs a lot of money spending on it to bring it up to today’s standards. We used to go in regular on a Friday night but wouldn’t dare take the Mrs in 😀

Product wise I would go for Sunberella material, lightweight and easy to use. Not over expensive. Canvas types can be a bit thick and heavy.

Chaos indeed 2 sets of temporary lights in 100 yards Wroxham side of the bridge, big tail backs at the moment hope they clear them later before the bank holiday traffic really kicks in !

To be fair I can’t see you could give a guarantee on a 50 year old boat and engine.

Never thought I see armed police at our favourite quiet spot, what the hell has this character been up to!

I think £60 is a fair price to clean a boat internally but much better to have owners clean up after themselves but some people have different standards unfortunatly.

Tamairind in Blofield would get the vote here, great service and nice food, with the benefit of 5 mins down the road for us 😀

Done that journey today.
You have 10 min hold up on the A47 (traffic moving but going slow as it goes into 1 lane) between Postwick and the A140 both sides.
Then 5 min hold up as temp lights at the Highway garden centre on the A146 for drainage work at the side of the road.John

Most of Norfolk water is classed as hard so much so we had a water softener fitted last year. It’s one of the few things I miss from the Manchester area.

My brother lives in Spain his neighbour got away with opening a brothal in a nice residential street as his father worked with the local Mayor. Then when COVID hit all of the staff of a local old people’s home buggered off and left the residents to fend for them selves.
Much better in Spain not!
