The EDP says that Granny Spokesperson has just been elected, at a meeting in Norfolk, as the new Chairman of National Parks UK.

She said "Its about finding the public's opinion and undertaking surveys with people to see what their attitudes are in terms of National Parks". I'll believe that when I see it.

I notice they call her the "Chairman" of the BA. Someone will get it in the neck for that!

I'm told that that is her preferred title. Perhaps we should refer to her as Granddad Spokesperson.
