ExSurveyor
Monica, if you watch it again it is obvious, I had to google it to find out
Hylander
I tried googling it but got nowhere. I will try again . I always thought that he was saying, its for you, its land charges. ExSurveyor
Its a strange quirk of the brain that once you know what they are saying you can hear it, but it is jibberish before.
Regulo
That reminds me of a very unsettling experience at work. My colleague told me he'd asked an old friend to visit us in our little workplace (just the two of us in there). When she arrived I immediately clocked she was of Caribbean descent - I'm quick on the uptake. She said hello to my mate, and then my brain gave up. I couldn't make out a word she was saying! But he was replying to her perfectly normally. Now, I grew up in East London, no shortage of Caribbean accents there, so I'm now in panic mode. What do I do when she starts speaking to me? I really thought I was having some sort of breakdown. Luckily, I just realised in the nick of time what the problem was - she was speaking with a strong - but I mean STRONG - Glaswegian accent. Just shows what your brain does when confronted with the wrong visual cues!
