Reg Number - ?? Name

Morning, I'm surfing around trying to find a boat name from a registration number, I have tired Craigs database but no luck, then I went into the Ba homepage but cannot find the facility to check if a craft is tolled or not - where is it?

I have a photo of the craft it is a H.W's hire craft  The reg number is   T 4 4 9 - "5"   The "5" is a bit iffy from the photo. 

The reason I need the name is so I can supply the Environment agency with accurate details
