Ok.  So picking up our cruiser from Wroxham 3rd week of August.  Have not fished in a while.  I used to fish off the eastern seaboard for fluke, flounder and bluefish.  Obviously broads a lot different.I understand i need a license.  Just want to spend sometime relaxing and fishing with 14 year old son and wife.  To keep things simple, what rod and bait and anything else i need to be prepared.  Thanks  I hope you can help.  Oh yeh, first time on the broads as well.

For ease of use and to keep the coat down if its just for one trip get a pole and some pre made float rigs, a decent net and some bait, don't forget a decent disgorger and forceps, cheap fun and efficient. unless you want to invest in rods reels, feeder, weights, floats hooks, and the endless terminal tackle, line and accessories.....
