Oh great, another local brand will now end up being made God knows where out of God knows what. Given the low value of Sterling against the Euro and US Dollar, I am afraid we will see more of this sort of thing .

How long before Adnams gets snapped up? Didn't Woodfordes sell out recently?

Woodfordes was sold in 2016. The takeover was led by a former executive with Diageo and and another fron the Real Ale Co. The rest are Venture Capitalists, I have been told.
