Good news, but I'm betting one of the new  owners problems is that a lot of the staff will already have new jobs.

Q, I'm not sure that that will be seen as a major problem. I don't doubt that the new owners will be looking to cut jobs as well as the inevitable asset stripping. I note that the construction of modular units, in other words 'pre-fabs', is being considered, presumably to save on labour losts.
