I have for the last few days been very tempted to take up the paddle again. I was at Morston and got into conversation with a young couple who were inflating their boat. The difference was this was as "rigid" as a Rigid. They said it was manufactured using the same technology as an inflatable Stand-up-Board. I was so impressed I made a note of its name in my phone.: it is called "Riber 420 inflatable Kayak by Dropstitch" and it cost an affordable £550. There is apparently a single seater as well for less money. My back was playing up so I did not lift it but they said it was 20 kilo.
