LizG
https://awards.classicboat.co.uk/classic-boat-awards-2019-winners/ Scroll down and you will see that Countess of Light's restoration won last night! Personally thrilled as she is the big sister of WR. Well done Paul and Heidi! Liz 4
Cockatoo
I would so love a wooden boat. The problem is I am to woodwork as a drunken monkey with a paintbrush is to fine art and I would have to pay someone to do all the work. And I haven't won the lottery :(
FairTmiddlin
Having seen this at The Beccles Wooden Boat show. The work that has been done on this, is to a high standard and well deserves the award. Well done Paul and Heidi for rescuing another classic.

Poppy's hull and deck mouldings are fibreglass, whilst coamings, cabin sides , spars etc are wood. Best of both worlds, but even the varnishing can be a pain. Another coat was going on today..
