Well, it's the Start of the Snowflake Sailing Club season, which opens with the Tri-Icycle race, a Mini 3 Rivers..

If winds and tides are perfect (some hope) they'll start at 10:00 at Horning Sailing Club, Sail down river to Acle Bridge NOT going under it, up to Potter Bridge NOT going under it,  then Back to Horning. Expected number of boats about 30...

However Low water is  11:24,  and the forecast wind is a bit light.

So the start could be at, the Horning Waterworks with the turning points at Upton dyke and Womack Dyke. The finish line will be positioned so everyone can get home in daylight..

Any idea how it’s looking for tomorrow yet? When is a decision made on the course?

The desicion is made immediately before the race briefing at 09:30 tomorrow. The wind is still looking light so I suspect the turning points will be Oby dyke and Womack dyke. With the start maybe at the ferry or even the waterworks. The. Finish line will be in front of the lead boat probably at 16:00.
