I've not been there in a long while (nor have I been above Potter Heigham bridge in a long while) but it was always a nice pub and not far from the moorings.

The owners took over just before the first lockdown! Quite a challenge but they kept going with local meal deliveries etc. 

A proper welcoming pub 👍
