Mobile Phone Signal

Is the phone signal strength any better on the southern Rivers then it is on the northern Rivers?  We will be spending our upcoming trip down south and if I remember correctly I don't believe I had a mobile phone last time I cruised the southern network.We are both on the EE network.

Hi Andy.  Both the wife and I are on EE and generally speaking, the coverage is okay. There are one or two dead spots, but overall it is much better than before.  We stream music through our phones to a speaker and for the majority of time, it works well enough, but it does drop out here and there.

When we moored in Brundall. We often didn't get a signal, until we went away from the river.Funny thing is since we moved to Martham, sometimes I have to move from one side of the living  room to the other to get a signal.

both Lodden and Rockland can be iffy at low tide, but other than that I have generally had acceptable signal (both are OK if you can get an antenna high enough - I use a wifi hub with external antenna for data.

I've just treated my self to a new speaker and it's Exactly what I want to do. I have quite a album library on my amazon account. I get bored listening to all the bloody adverts on the radio nowadays lol...
