Hydraulic Steering Fluid

Recommended Posts

Ideally, do not use red oil, as this may eat away at the rubber seals in the piston. The best is white oil as used in hydraulic drives, such as Total Equivis. The same as used in farm machinery.

I have been told that the two do not mix, so if you already have red oil, then continue with it.

It is ATF or TQF. Can't remember which.
