Interesting to see the photos from the Swan frontage in Horning, in the back ground you could see right across the marshes to the raised land the Hoveton road is on..

The Dutch Tutch in Potter Heigham is visible in another,, so the Photos are post 1911

Trees were not encouraged by the wherrymen, as it intervened with the motive power!!

I have also seen a photograph standing by Horning Church looking towards GY with not a tree in sight!
