The houses on the other side of the road on the left hand side are almost correct - you can just see one of the houses built on the Percival site development in 1970 (to the left of the steps up to the field.

As webntweb says the garden is much longer and there used to be a large willow tree in the 1970s - not sure when it came down.  On the right side you should be able to see Southgates Boatyard yards ......

So quite a degree of artistic license has been employed
