Baitrunner
Boat has just passed it's BSS this morning so a good start to the weekend for me.Used Will Kirby down in Brundall and he is a very nice and knowledgeable chap - would recommend him.I used him as I know he had worked on quite a few boats of the same make as ours so guessed he might have an idea of how to get to stuff!Just have to put half the boat back together tomorrow now, but I might have a beer or 2 while I do it. ranworthbreeze
We have used Ian Jennings for our last two BSS inspections. We are ok until September 2017.It must be a weight off your mind that you have four years of blissful grace. Regards Alan
Baitrunner
Sure is Alan.Worst part on my boat is access to the fuel lines!! Just have to put the bits back I had to remove to get to them - it isn't that bad a job to be honest, but got to complain about something!! Oddfellow
Happy days. The bss test is just a snapshot in time. You may not need another test for four years, but dont ignore servicing and your own checks.
Baitrunner
Don't worry plenty of time and money gets spent on all those other things and I do like my safety. Especially all the things they dont check!
Soundings
It is a great feeling though, is it not?

Hockham Admiral
The only time I've EVER been heard to swear was when in contact with French Air Traffic Control!
