Easy one this! :naughty:

Dice any leftover potatoes, either cooked whole or roasted, and

any veggies. Do the same with any meats, like turkey, sausages,

bacon etc.

Fry in a little stir fry oil(for added taste) at medium heat turning regularly.

Whilst that is cooking, whisk an egg(per person) until starting to froth.

Once the meats and veg are starting to turn a light brown colour, pour

the beaten egg over and keep turning and mixing in until all the egg

is also starting to brown.

At this point I usually add a little Soy sauce, mixing in quickly and serve.

Been doing this for years!!cheersbar

Leftovers?,............................

Meat, eat it cold with pickles and salad,

Veg, chop up ALL leftover veg and fry till golden brown. It`s called bubble and squeak.

For best results, have the bubble and squeak with the cold meat and pickles.

As for me, i still feel fat even though i`ve not eaten much today.
