With Salhouse still closed??? I guess the answer is where they can. I think quayside mooring is going to be a problem at major holiday times this year.

I wouldn't mud weight anywhere tonight - if the weather forecast is correct.

We are tucked up nicely in a very sheltered mooring. It's 21 degrees inside with the heating on

a little bit of extra fendering deployed as there is the occasional bit of wind but it is not a problem.

 

not telling you where as we might be back tomorrow night.......!

I prefer a bit of soft bank to quay heading in a blow. Not much trouble to wash a bit of mud off the fenders.

Salhouse was re opened yesterday(we were there talking to Hollie the warden yesterday) .... only place where you can't Moor is where the railings are still in place near to the footpath leading to the car park.

Given how sheltered it was at Brammerton last night we are back for tonight dodged a couple of heavy showers today but pleasant out of the wind and some sunshine to boot!

Well there was the odd bump in the night but we survived

you can really hear the wind in the trees in the distance but moorings are well protected by the bank from a southerly wind.

Plenty of rain though.

We didn't  fare so well at acle bridge did think it would be so bad as it was
