Good afternoon all, My wife complained that the magic had disappeared from our marriage. so I sawed her in half. On a slightly more serious note, is there a place on this forum where we can post jokes? We all need something light hearted to read at times.

Richardsons are a great yard. Hire with them every year, often twice a year, never been disappointed. The wide choice of boats is second to none and the prices are very good. And as already mentioned they're a large busy yard but still deliver the personal touch. -

Wherever you live, however far you travel, the journey to The Broads is usually far far better than the journey home!!!

know it well Mike. I'm a train conductor and work the Cleethorpes to Manchester Airport run so pass through Scunthorpe most days. I also used to work at the McDonalds in Scunthorpe, near Morrisons.

I personally love the idea of Christmas on The Broads. There is something special about cold wintery mornings. Don't think I'll be able to convince the breadknife though!! I'm on the water from Oct 25th brrrr.

I live in Lincolnshire (next county up) but the sheer size of the two counties combined with the lack of motorway means it takes me about 3 and a half hours to cover the 150 miles!!!
