Sounds like you’ve had some fun with the company that fitted your kitchen, Jean.  We are getting ours fitted by a local company, who are doing everything, including reboarding the artexed ceiling, fitting led spotlights, all necessary wiring, tiling and flooring.  Not cheap, but saves a lot of work sourcing different contractors and there’ll only be one point of contact if we have any issues.

Yeah let them argue amongst themselves whether a cable or a pipe is going through That Hole! :default_biggrin:

Hope all goes well for you both.

That's good advice re crystallisation, I'll endeavour to keep MrsG's Q5 topped up.  I get my adblue from my friendly farmer / shooting mate, he keeps a stock of 1000 litres readily available and refuses to charge me for it :default_beerchug:

    Griff

Does he "milk" the pigs by any chance? :default_icon_eek:

Can check with the manufacturer and Gas Safe to see if it was registered Ian. You should have been given a booklet (benchmark) filled in by the installer and at every service by the servicing person thereafter.

Unfortunately yours is a common tale.

  5. I never thought about the tank capacity tbh, it was a company van and was told we had something like 100miles once the light lit to stop and refill. The manager at the time was a total @#$% and Adblue wasn't sold in every garage hence it was a PITA.

Have facts and figures to hand re council tax, heating costs per year, gas and electricky and any other Q the muppets might ask, top tips leave the talking to the agent if they are there and hide any jewellery.
