  3. Very well explained Lucky, when i read the op I was wondering how to cover the response simply, I can stop thinking now
  4. Brilliant idea, please if you do a pink princess version, can you do an enclosed helm and dark windows. Regards Mark
  5. Great gadget, we use it on the windows and the shower, just don't use it on its side or with the blade down, it spits water out and becomes very unhappy. Regards Mark
  6. Someone has it in for broads forums at the moment. I look at all them and see many familiar names. Good to see support from this forum. Mark
  7. My favourite was my first boat, then my second, then my third. My norfolk boat is a Topcraft topliner, pig ugly but just right for how we use her. We hired her the last year the yard was open and spotted it up for sale last year, at least we had a one week test drive before buying. Thought about swapping my Medway based Calypso for a second topliner but that plan got squashed by swmbo.
  8. I'm not up until mid August, hope they leave access to the river front, hopefully the banging from the new build will be less than before.
  9. Is that the collapsed pontoon or have they finally started the new areas.
  10. Hi, On the river front, by the new build, are you by the main wetshed or the green shed ?
  11. Hi Dan. G364, was last named R Joy. We renamed her when we moved her to the Medway.
  12. Good afternoon, I have been reading the forum for a while and decided to start posting. I do like the new format. I have a Topcraft topliner, ( Whitey ) at Brundall Gardens and an ex Richardson's Calypso ( ellieknight ) on the river Medway at Yalding. I do like being afloat.:-D
  13. Hi, I have a calypso and thought about adding rear windows, it seemed like a lot of work. I fitted a wife reversing camera and leave the rear door open. I have found a small wing mirror very useful for seeing the blind spot when mooring. Let me know if you go ahead with the windows..
