They do advertise on waterwaysholidays.com If you search for kingfisher it comes up. I booked direct and got the fuel included. We went on Swallow this year, it is a lovely boat. We have booked two weeks on Kingfisher for next year. It is all Neil's fault (Speedtriple), We read his previous posts on Maffetts and Swallow and decided to give it ago.

I think that if you book direct you get the fuel. If you go through the agency you don't. Standing by to be corrected.

I think it is something like Wind Assisted F (use your imagination) Idiot (guessing this one). One of those saily things.

Sorry to read about your disappointment. If you want a well priced and maintained boat along with excellent service then try Maffets at Loddon. We hired Swallow in May this year and it is a lovely boat. Handles very well. Ian

We have hired Suncharm before. Nice boat, we got great service from Richardsons. It has a diesel boiler that runs the radiators and gives instant hot water.

Lovely picture. Is that John? He does love his Perkins engines. The one on Swallow was so clean, looked new.

We hired Swallow from Maffetts last May. Excellent boat we had such a good time I tried to book it for two weeks August 2014, but she was already booked. So we have booked two weeks on Maffetts Kingfisher for two weeks instead. Looking forward to it. Ian

Hello. Been a member on another Broads Forum for a while but always keep up to date with both, so I thought that I would join this as well. Have been several times in the past usually hiring from Richardsons, but have booked Swallow from Maffetts next year as we wanted to spend more time on the southern broads without the mad rush through Breydon Water. Thanks for all the great info.
